Personal Coaching is provided with gusto as Coach Elway provides instruction at two levels: 7 to 11 year-old; 12 to 18 year-old instruction --  with a focus on getting the proper mechanics to your young pitcher. Protecting the arm and getting the parent involved in the process is critical for long-term success.

The Workshop is available to any organization that is interested in imparting the fundamentals of baseball in a workshop format to a large number of coaches, players, parents, or administrators. ​Topics include Pitching, Hitting, Position Play, Management, Organization, Motivation, Routines, Line-Ups, etc.

Coach Elway is available for Speaking Engagements -- from Athletic Banquets to Athletic Clinics.  Coach has been involved in all different levels of our sport -- including college and professional, with many stories from his experiences. He is a very strong technician -- providing outstanding results in the pitching and offensive areas of Baseball, & Football.
